Certification

The Certification Committee promotes and encourages participation in the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) and the Organizational Management (OM) programs. Chapter members are encouraged to participate by assisting with the CAP/CAP-OM self-study and/or review course programs. Sara-Keys chapter has sponsored several study groups for members and non-members who are preparing for either the spring or fall examination.
